Our Story HEALTH TIPS
Who should get a flu shot?
All people over 6 months of age, with rare exceptions, are recommended to get their flu shot. However, Peachtree Immediate Care's flu shot is for ages 4 and up. For further questions/concerns please refer to the www.cdc.gov.
When should I come back in to the clinic?
You should return to the clinic if your symptoms change or worsen, or at the guidance of the Physician/Provider you previously saw. If in question, please visit the center or you can call us and ask.
Are you open on Thanksgiving or Christmas?
No, we are not open either of those holidays. We like to allow our staff ample time to spend with their families, however, we are open the day before and the day after both holidays.
X-ray on site?
Yes, all of our centers have the latest digital x-ray technology on site.
Do you do stitches or broken bones?
We do minor lacerations and closed fractures. A closed fracture is a broken bone that does not penetrate the skin. In the case of an open fracture, one that does penetrate the skin, you should visit an ER immediately.
Will I always see a doctor?
We are staffed by Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians Assistants. All of our Providers are qualified and very capable of handling all your urgent care and primary care needs. For more information on what we are able to treat, please visit the "Urgent Care" or "Primary Care" pages on this website.
